Buying Club
Now you can download our monthly Buying Club right online! Our Buying Club is available to all Co-op Members. It offers sales and discounts on case quantities, bulk goods, and other select products beyond what we offer via in-store sales.
How Do I Order from the Buying Club?
The Buying Club order may seem daunting at first. If you have any confusion, please call the store or come in and ask a cashier for assistance.
1. Download the Catalog
See what products, discounts, and sales are available and get the information you need to complete you order. Important: This catalog changes monthly.
Please Note: The current catalog shows sale pricing and regular pricing inside one catalog and now contains ONLY items that are available from the local warehouse. You do not need to check the “warehouse” column as all items in this catalog are available to us.

2. Download the Order Form

3. Fill out the Order Form
You'll need to complete the form by hand. Although the catalog and form are available on the internet, we cannot accept your order through the internet.

4. Bring the Form to the Co-op OR Fax It.
You may pay at the register or by credit card if you fax your order in. Online ordering/payment is not available.

5. Pick Up Your Order
Be sure to pick up your order after the designated time (see table, above). The Co-op will not call you to tell you that it's arrived. If you're unsure where your order is, ask a cashier for assistance.
Important Things To Remember:
Submit your completed order form to a cashier or fax it to 226.2687. After your order is paid for, it will
be checked for accuracy. Should any discrepancies be noted on your order form,
we will attempt to contact you before the order deadline for correction. If we are
unable to reach you, your order may be delayed.
- The Buying Club is Only Available to Co-op Members. Be sure to include your member number on the form.
- The Buying Club Changes Monthly. Be sure to return your form before the deadline.
- Online Ordering is Not Available for the Buying Club at this time. You must print the form, fill it out, and fax the form or bring it physically to the store.
- Orders are accepted from active Member-Owners and must be pre-paid.
- A surcharge (as posted on the buying club catalog) will be added.
- Customers using SNAP benefits (food stamps) for payment must contact our Customer Service Manager prior to placing an order.
- Orders accepted in-person or by fax. Telephone orders are not accepted.
- When faxing, please send your credit card # on a separate sheet so that we
- may destroy the number once we have processed your order.
- Senior, member, and other discounts do not apply.
- Orders are non-refundable. Exchange only for same product if defective.
- Orders not claimed in 60 days will be donated to charity.
- Co-op does not call when your order arrives, or if an item is out of stock.
Catalog Key:
This is the information needed to complete the order form.

| Min | After the product number, some items are marked with an M, followed by a number. These items require a minimum order. The code M3 indicates a minimum order of three units of the total pack size. |

| Description | Detailed information about the catalog item. |
| Order quantity |
How many you wish to order. If the pack/size for the item is listed as 6/24oz, when you order ONE, you will receive SIX 24oz containers. |
