Welcome to our Move It & Lose It! Co-op Challenge
We're very exciting to bring this clinically proven plan to the Co-op, and we're grateful for the enthusiasm of more than 100 members of our community geared up for a healthier lifestyle!
We have some simple goals for this plan:
- Teach you the skills to attain and maintain a healthy weight for life, using primarily healthy, whole-foods recipes and exercise as well as mind-body balancing techniques.
- Ask that you maintain a Food Diary to help you through this process.
- Recommend that you try three new "healthy weight" recipes each week.
- Suggest a minimum exercise routine of 30 minutes three times per week.
- Provide a network of people with similar goals to share experiences and connect with for exercise activities and more.
