We specialize in natural, organic, bulk, fair trade and local products as well as offering the finest selection of organic produce, meats and dairy products available in the area. The Co-op also offers customers a wide selection of foods for special needs diets, meat and dairy alternatives, local breads and convenience foods from our frozen food or Grab ‘n Go sections
